Major problems at a big facility

image.jpg Working at a big facility that is being managed poorly , I am juts a worker here and not the head grower . I've been in the industry and know what a proper facility should look like . this is my 1st go where I am part responsible for the crop so am I getting worried when I see problems that aren't being addressed . I'll start with this pic ... I think it a cal/mag deficiency , can anyone tell me what it is for sure ?

Pro mix ... GH nutes , we haven't been adding cal mag because we had a water test and the calcium level was high so my partners say we don't need it , I beg to differ but I only say show much . It's sad to see the place failing hard . temp in the room is at 30 degrees average . It's the only room that doesn't have AC yet

you didn't say too much about the grow, but ill shoot in the dark by saying you guys are burning the shit out of your plants using advance nutrient

No it's general hydroponics nutes , one part ... Bloom , kool bloom , floralicious , liquid sweet and diamond nectar in the 1st 2 weeks of flower

These plants are in week 7 now , it's a bubba strain . When you flush do u still add cal mag ? I'm Gna post a pic of the formula I received from an experienced grower let me know what you think image.jpgimage.jpg

That is for a 200 L res but I'm using a 1000 L res so I just times the formula by 5 feeing 400 plants in 15 gallon pots.

I'll let someone else chime in to help. I cant even wrap my head around this because its at such a progressive stage. I'm either too high for this , or not high enough. Best of Luck
