It's funny everyone saying buy a humidifier I did and spent £70 on it, it is great outside the tent but inside it makes hardly any difference guess with the fans blowing, intake, out take etc just don't do much at all my hum without it is 38 with it it's 41 not much bang for my buck lol. You can lower fans to gain more but why risk powdery mildew ?

In the winter I don't worry about the RH, in the summer I cool the house and grow room with a swamp cooler. It keeps the house cool, and the humidity just right for me and the girls.
I use an evaporative cooler from home depot during veg, It's like a swamp cooler except, it's not in the window it's self contained on the floor. Whenever the humidity drops to 39 it will bring it back to 45 or 46 in a 10' by 10' room. In the summer it will also decrease the temperature 2 or 3 degrees. Won't fit in a tent but it would humidify the room the tent is in if that helps.
