If it were me, I'd introduce it gradually. I'd start with an hour or so the first day, at pretty high up over the plants, then over the course of a week increase that exposure and gradually move the light down. At the end of 7-10 days I'd have it under the new light for the full 12 hours. Of course, you can only do this if you are around during lights on.

This may sound overly cautious, but If you shock those plants this far into flower they will never fully recover and you will lose a lot of yield.

I agree with dr blaze. Introduce them slowly. LEDs are directional lights. They'll likely be more beefy than the cfl you were using.

That's pretty normal. Any change from mediocre light to halfway decent will cause a plant to slow down while it adjusts. It's like when you go from indoors to outdoors. They need to adjust to the change.

I'd like to think of my light as more than halfway decent lol.

I used to think my 90w blurple was halfway decent. It's fine for getting an ounce or two. If you can manage that. But, not if you're expecting more. That's kinda why I upgraded to the twin Vero29 kit. This one has the potential to produce at least 3 ounces. Maybe even 5 ounces if you're good enough. And If the plant under it has both the leg room and veg time to get there.
