He said Miss Colombia won, but she was 1st runner up.
1st Miss Phillipines
1st runner up Colombia
2nd runner USA

The station i was watching it on kept going to station id ...flashing back to Miss Phillipines and everything looking like a cluster fuck....wtg Steve Harvey.. @Gary Goodson told you he was a dip!

In his defense, that is a stupid ass way to label anything..it should be 3rd, 2nd, 1st place..I'm sure its easy to be distracted by that many beauties on one stage.
