Little micro orange worms on indoor weed plant leaves.

So they're about 2 weeks into flowering now. The past 3 weeks we notice these little tiny orange worms not bigger than a grain of salt. No theyre not spider mites and there aren't any webs either. Theyre pretty fast little suckers too, we noticed the leaves over the past few weeks look like they have some nutrient deficiencies right around when the worms came. Anyone know what they could be possibly. Neem oil doesn't seem to be killing them either.

I’ve got the orange worm problem does anyone know why & how to get rid of them so that my other ones don’t get it ?Most of My buds on 2 plants died fast and also have some white hairy looking stuff on the inside of the bud (I’m guessing that’s mold?) I just gave it away, I can’t smoke that shit and be at peace,
