I don't know every 13 year old, so I don't know if it is safe to give a collectivist one size fits all answer. I'm not interested in discussing it though, but you sure seem very interested in it.

I know when I was 13, I'd have done an 18 year old lass. How old were you when you became able to provide consent for your own actions? 35?

I think having sex with a person that is unable to consent is a very bad idea. I think taking away a persons right of self determination is a very very prohibitionist thing to do, Prohibitionist.

No, by "protecting dealers" via preventing sales, all of the likely providers of cannabis will not be in the pool of product providers.
