LED people what lights do you recommend?

well hooked up my 550 in my tent last night and I must not have proper ventilation or something is deff wrong cus it was at 95f. I opened the tent and felt a huge heat wave hit me. Luckily I had co2 running. Anyone have ideas to cool the tent down without draining co2? otherwise I have to ditch the co2
