Hey, all..
I've got eight plants going about 2.5 weeks old. They were going gonzo then, all of a sudden, 3 of the 8 stopped growing and started rolling their leaves under. The leaves themselves are very dark; the tops still look "ready to go", like they're waiting for the remedy. The healthy ones still look great ('cept a few N burn spots on the first leaves).
They're all in MiracleGro potting soil -- I've heard this is a little "hot" for weed. I transplanted one of the sickly ones into a really basic bagged topsoil with no nutes and a pH around 6.8. It's been in there about 2 days, but no response yet. I couldn't really get all the MG off that plants' roots - they were very fine and matted. I thought it would do more harm than good to clean the roots completely.
Anyone been thru this before? How did you fix it? Thanks!
