hey guys i have 16 plants in veg from seed. im using a cali lightworks solarflare 220 LED. i had the light about 12 inches from top for the last couple weeks with no problems...the other day i noticed a couple of the bottom leaf sets were starting to curl upwards, after looking into this i found that it could be from humidity not being under control or its a heat issue. the humidity in my tent is always about 35-40% doesnt really change that much so im not sure thats the prob. and as far as heat the light i use puts out very little heat and i had it 1ft away from top for almost 3 weeks now and now moved it so its 2ft from top and i am seeing more leafs curl up. any thoughts suggestions/help would be much appreciated...i will attach a pic of the curled leafs .. u can see below some of the leafs curling up esp. the first leaf set on the bottom middle of pic. also they are looking very limp (first time looking like this after lights being on for a couple hours) i do not over water them and i feed them half recommended dose of nutes/fert.DSC_2232.JPG

How often do you not overwater them.

haha i have been watering them every other day when the top of the soil is dry about a quarter to a
half inch down and i feed 2xs week
That might be to often,, wait a little longer between waterings!

Little ass cups you should weigh them, let one dry out till it starts to droop.. That way you know how much it weighs when it's empty... Your smothering them , get more light to.

The first thing I would do is scope the under side of the leaves with a 40x or better. look on a few leaves for bugs. If no bugs are found then I'd repot to something bigger. they could just be root bound.

ok its just hard to judge in those small cups i dont want the roots on the sides to die if they dry out. on monday im going to put in 2gal bags and ill let one of those dry out and feel the weight of it.

under the led lights the soil doesn't dry as quick ,your over watering them and yes you need to transplant ,look at the bottom of cups ,are there any roots coming out- if so transplant ,2 to 3 foot sounds right for light though
