Issues with drying and curing-please help!

I recently cut down 2 skunk berry and have them hanging in a portable storage closet with a small fan at the bottom not on them just by them. I am really disappointed because they were stinky when cut and trimmed but after 2 days drying they already lost smell and smell sort of hay like. What the heck, are they screwed or is this normal? Also how long do I hang dry the humidity is 50% and temp is around 70ish?

....and you'll want to dry for from three to five days or more depending on bud density. Have your jars ready and I like to cut them into nuggets and put them into jars a little early bc you can always dump them out and let them get a little dryer but if the buds lose too much moisture it's hard to get it back IMO so that's where Bovida packs come handy.
