ISO oil..Oil?

Gotta question about Iso and cooking oil. I am a noob when it comes to edibles, and am going to try my first attempt at it. Just harvested, and will run my usual batch of ISO ( I know using ISO is frowned upon, but I enjoy it, and dont have access to any of the better food grade products) Was going to use some of the finished product to infuse oil to use for cooking, but is it possible? Should I just reserve some of the trim to use for infusing? If its possible to infuse the oil with ISO oil, how would you go about doing it?

Any info would be great!

Hot cannabis essential oils and hot vegetable oils readily mix at any ratios.

It is important to insure adequate Class III solvent purge using Isopropyl aka Propanol 2.

Since you want it decarboxylated as well, I would purge in a 250F hot oil bath until purged and decarboxylated. http://skunkpharmresearch.com/decarboxylation/

I would use the trim with cooking oil. Either way the process below can be used whether with pan or slow cooker, only difference is I'd finely chop the trim.

You'll need to make sure all ISO is purged, obviously. Heat cooking oil on low and let QWISO dissolve, lightly stir. Cover. Set to simmer or lowest setting.

Let it simmer for minimum 6 hours.
