Is this plant Cannabis that can be smoked ?

Hello people i found these plants on a village that where not susposed to exist ... This village had not Cannabis plants before nor hemp plants ? is this cannabis usefull or not? to smoke i mean

there are two types of them one light green the other has a heavier green sorry for my awfull english guyz !

Im pretty sure thats just wild hemp, in the few clearer pictures you can see seed pods on all the tops, some with very large seeds hanging out, can you get clearer pictures of the tops of the plants? Up close maybe?

It does NOT look like any wild hemp that I have seen. I have seen lots of wild hemp. Hemp is usually very tall and has large central stock...

The rough serrations on the leaves and overall short, bushy structure resemble Cannabis ruderalis.
