I was saying you picture was sidways. It does look like a hermit to me. I'm sure someone else will respond also to confirm.

Should I take the sacs off or leave them and if that's the only one I see will it have a lot of seeds?

Remove it. Check for more and remove them also.

Your buds will surely have seeds if the sacs bust open and self pollinate. You will need to clean your room from top to bottom before yor next grow also or you chance having seeds in your next grow (even if they are good female plants with no hermie issues). I would personally pull em since I wouldnt want to risk pollinating my grow room and potentially ruining other good grows.
