Is my Grow Room Design Good

I have 2 100W CFLs in the top of this container!
I have 1 intake fan and 1 exhaust fan.
I have 2 plants sitting at the bottom!
Tell me what you guys think!

Those are actually 23 watt 100 watt "equivalent" lights, which means it gives off the equivalent of a 100 watt incandescent...it looks like those lights are stationary, so you should probably raise your plants until they are at least 3 inches from the tops, to prevent light deprivation and stretching...also you should start getting more lights, those 2 lights won't last them for too long!
