is it worth vegging for a small grow?

is it worth vegging for a small grow? i will be doing a small cfl grow and am trying to decide if i should veg at all or just go 12/12 from seed? i am leaning towards 12/12 because it will be done quicker and without alot of light it doesn't seem like veg will help too much? or am i wrong will the plants yield more? its about 120watts of light- 10,000 lumens i will be using.

Some veg time will definitely increase your yield. even just a week or two of 24/0 lighting with a nice high 5000k to 6500k would help. then switch out to your flower lighting like a 2100k and go 12/12. However much height you have you should flower to about half. Never done 12/12 from seed myself, but the benefits from vegging are undeniable.
