Is it too early to Sex them?

I believe I started seeing pre flowers but they're small should I wait longer to see the actual sex? Also if you guys can tell the sex right now can you tell me if it's a Male or female? Thanks in advance

If you see a small white hair coming out of one of those then it's a female. I would give it another week to be certain.
