I’m actually a minority being white female.

Did I ever tell you about the time I went to get free electric LIHEAP when in school?

After waiting in line, attending orientation..standing in another line the guy slammed the window closed when I gave him my paperwork ‘too late, come back tomorrow’..needless to say, this was unacceptable to Schuylaar and she WAS seen and her file processed that day.
