Is 2 15w led 5 inches away to much?

You may want to raise up the lights little though, just for a week, pay attention, the first sign of them getting spindly, lower the light an inch.

I typically use about 5 watts per square inch for sprouts and new clones at about 6 inches away, I just put the light bar on top of the plastic dome over the sprouting tray.

This is the light I use

It says it's 24" but that's the housing, the actual light area is about 16"x6"

Good luck, and remember, they don't call it a weed for nothing...

Lift to 8 inches, step back, watch her grow fat.

Or they do with me when the seedling is under my 14w 6500k bulb, a foot wide and around 6 inch in height in 2 weeks. I go lower, then she gets wide but too short.

That's with the bluer 6500k, no idea what your LEDs are...

I wouldn't worry too much, they look good to go. As Chris said, maybe raise it a couple of inches until/unless they begin to look all weak and flimsy. Do you have a thermometer you can get level with the tops of the seedlings? Takes a lot of guess work out of it! As long as temp is in order I doubt you will be able to give them too much light from those two LED's.
