Illinois dispensaries

Ive figured out that certain dispensaries stick to certain growers, the dispensaries dont edit Leafly or weedmaps near as much as they get new products, often i get stuff that has not been listed as it is only there for a day and only on the menu for that day. Freebees are very few, ive only herd of a few with frequent buyers programs. I do feel the people who work at the dispensaries are underpaid, at least the budtenders. Time will help us with prices hopefully......

Trinity is good about keeping Leafly updated pretty well. But their online ordering is through a Leafly service so they just had to connect them.

Definitely sticks with growers. I heard Trinity used to use Aeriz then they didn't, now they're back again with OAPP.

Illinois law pretty much created monopolies for dispensaries for us downstaters - I'm in Peoria. So I've been scouting the ones closest to me. For me, it all boils down to strains and cost. So far, I've visited Peoria, Canton, Milan, Ottawa and Springfield. Springfield wouldn't give any info about strains but said they only sell 1/8's at $55 per - WOW $440 for an oz! Milan was vague about costs but implied around $400 to 420 per oz. Ottawa has all their stuff listed on their site. They're also a grower and their own stuff is $ 340/oz and $405 for other growers. Peoria lied to me and said it was against the law to give out strain/cost info. Canton sells most strains for $385/oz and will give a discount of $0.25/mile if you spend over $200.

So I'm wondering about other dispensaries and their costs. Chicago area has lots so I'm wondering if there is any cost competition there? Also wondering about any other dispensaries in IL and their costs.

Let me/all of us know your dispensaries and costs.
I go to EarthMed in Addison Illinois.
They do have a big selection.
Ounces are $250 .
Eighths are $60
I've noticed they raised prices on edibles that seem to be big sellers. The ATM machine has the highest fees I've ever seen.
$5.60 fee, both times I used it.
Must be owned by a friend of the owner or even the owner/s themselves.
I'll never use it again.

We may add Durban in the future but unfortunately I'm not sure how long that may be. We do have some strains that compare to Durban, depending on what characteristics of the strain you're looking for. We are hoping to expand our strain list in the future but our main focus at the moment is keeping our pricing affordable. Feel free to call or email us with any questions! I'm sure I can help you find a great strain to help with your condition.
You know that your prices are no better than others you are in Illinois

that makes no sense. $480 in 8ths vs $250? Ive never seen a dispensary sell ozs for that low, even popcorn and shake go for more. Maybe during a special or sale or if its terrible quality they will go for that much. Illinois dispensaries are garbage lol

First, that post was old. Second, Jeff's prices at The Dispensary in Fulton are better than everywhere else I checked in the state. And he does know that, because he checks too. He has been in this industry for quite some time. He and his staff are also really well versed in the different strains, products and methods of use for treatment of many different conditions. They are great people who really do care about what they are doing.

I am a customer of theirs and will continue to be even though I can and do grow my own. Its nice being able to buy concentrate and edibles instead of going through the hassle of making my own. And the price of those is great. And they have lots of special deals too. They even have a milage discount. And being they are so close I wont even think about going elsewhere. I encourage everyone that can to give them a try.
