I think i killed my plant need help

I transplanted it from a gallon pot to 5 gallon pot with new medium mother earth premium soil but doing so it all fell apart kinda harsh. Those are the other babies 5 lemon sherbert 1 skywalker and 2 plantnum cookies 1 runtz I only have them inside because of weather I'm planning to do outdoor its my first run advise will be much appreciated i have fox farm dirty dozen on the way should be here Friday. And the wholes i dug are 3ft by 3ft

From what I've heard about fox farms is that their soil runs pretty hot. Meaning high in nutrients. Your plants should bounce back. Maybe try to flush the soil?
