I refuse to be a slave any longer!

You can only change what is in your own mind but first you must break the bonds of mental slavery imposed upon it. Looking at the world as an interconnected place will allow you to see how seemingly insignificant action can change the external world dramatically. Cultivate positivity and compassion regardless of the negative in the past for all we have in reality is the present. The past and future are but an illusion of the mind . . .:peace:

I choose survival over ethics every day of the week. Let couples only produce 2 children per life time. One to replace the mom and one to replace the dad then sterilize both parties. If one is sickly abort it and try again to get a healthy one. I know I sound heartless ,callous, etc. We as a species have taken the "survival of the fittest" out of the mix by being top of the food chain and through modern medicine. We keep millions of people alive who really shouldn't be and in doing so we dedicate way more resources than the average to keep them as healthy as they can be. Also we allow these genetic dead ends to breed and create a worse problem for us all in the long run. <akes me yearn for some more sabre tooth tigers and other super predators to weed out the "non-hackers". Fire away. Truth hurts those that hide behind the facade of it.

the religious right would have a fit over something like that. But it will eventually be necessary.

Religion in my opinion is just a bunch of made up stories made by the powers that be long ago to control the masses though fear mongering and hopes that there is something more to look forward to after you die. (See False Hope) Meanwhile they told everyone who was gullible enough to believe the lies what to do and how to live while getting rich all the while.

Eugenics is not the answer to our problems. It is a terrible for of violence against mankind. We must embrace and accept not reject and segregate.

There is value in the spiritual teachings that underly religious teachings. Philosophy and Meditation are worth while pursuits of man. Religious institution is not needed however.

make love your religion, blaze di fire mon
For sure bro!:joint::peace:

IMO this very thread is an example of why people will never be on the same page,
even tho it would be beneficial to man-kind, We are all humans we all have our different opinions, and all for different reasons

on the other hand MY opinion that just because the world isnt perfect doesn't mean you should cash in the chips and give up on humanity, just do your part every day to try to improve it.

so I semi agree with NG

For sure positive action, just spread the love a little and change the whole world in time.

so what are you suggesting here NG? break it down for me, i'm not that smart. :)

whats the plan?
1. I refuse to be a slave to this system that encourages me to get a monotonous job and stay there for years just for money . . .

2. I refuse to allow myself to push my spiritual beliefs on another person are to allow others to do the same . . . .

3. I refuse to allow myself to react violently in any way with people including verbally and when I have I will be the first to apologize and do so sincerely . . .

4.I refuse to accept for face value any and all media reports . . .

5. I resolve to own a gun as long as the second amendment stands . . .

6. I resolve to respect the views of others . . .

7. I resolve to help others in any way when called upon by them regardless of their social status or financial situation . . .
.
8. I resolve to join the community of one through self-examination and positive effort . . .

9. And when I fail at all or any of these I will start over and try again in the next minute . . .

Just high and thought I would post the keys to the path of enlightenment . . . .:peace:
This is what i am proposing . . .

Yeah for about three years now I have done this. You have to be watchful for idealism however . . . remember everything is always changing and ideals will keep you from growing.:peace:
It has had a profound impact on my life, now I truly know love and I know what I really want to do with my life. I've been freed from most of my metal bondage too. Its pretty cool when you start accepting everything into your life rather than rejecting. Life gives its fruit freely no need to worry about picking it . . . .:peace:
