I could use some help

I was given some plants and seems to be having a hard time. This plant was quite tall so I bent it and had it outside for a few weeks then brought it into the tent I bought. I have figured out that I have fungus knats and thrips. I have tried a variety of things to combat them but it has clearly taken its toll on this plant.

I figure it is about 5 weeks into flower. I just gave it a dose of mosquito dunks.

have been feeding it with alternating epsom salt, molasses and compost tea. The ph of the runoff last night was 6.25.

Some of the lower buds are showing very clawed leaves and I am having a fair number of leaves starting to turn yellow. I removed a bunch of the worst ones a few days ago.

What can I do from here to keep from killing this poor stressed out plant. :(

I have one of the led lights that does blue and red. https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B098JP26L8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I just ordered a larger LED light that should be here in a few days because I am wondering if it is light starved.

I am nervous about adding too much nitrogen because it was getting the brown tips.

What do you suggest for the nitrogen? more compost tea?
Im not seeing browning tips in pics.. what is it in? Looks like a plastic bag in a clothes basket..

I do see some clawing on some of the bud sites. Maybe hold up on uping the N..
That also could be a sign of over watering and high humidity.. is there drainage in the pot thing its in?

it is a mixture of peatmoss, pro-mix, vermiculite, & sleep manure with some diatomatious earth mixed in. The pot is a reusable bag so that the roots could 'air prune'

I had another plant I was given at the same time but it turned out to be a male so it got removed. I don't think it pollinated this one.

Would more light help or would that make it worse?

Humidity is now been 40-50% and temps around 25 in the day and 20 or so at night. We did have a hot spell 2 weeks ago and I was fighting to keep the temp below 30 C. I am sure that as huge stress as well but nothing I could do.

Check your led for what the lumins or par rating are .. should be on the light some were.. or look it up on line what your model is..

is it too soon for it to be losing leaves like that?
Yeah it shouldnt be losing leave .. just give it a few days to recoupe. dont go crazy watering it to much. Roots need to breath..lol..
Just watch the soil.. after the top of the soil drys up abit to where its like a knuckle deep
The give it alittle water/food..
Did it turn yellow from the bottom up..After seeing the claw on the in side leaves (sign of hight nitrogen)theres a chance it might need some phosphorus..( banana peal tea)

yes it is turning bottom to top. I did make a cantalope and banana bucket of fermenting mess about 4 weeks ago. I can give it some of that in a day or so.

These are my outside ones. they both are having some yellow leaves at their bottoms as well and they are still vegging - hoping for flower soon. I had another the same size as the larger one and it bloomed male last week so he got the chop. He was the nicest

Really hope these are both female.
