Hydroponic grow, roots growing out of pot!

Hey guys, today while observing my plant's saucer I noticed to roots sitting in the water, should I be concerned?

This is a hydroponic grow, I have an auto flower in a 1 gallon pot, the plant is barely 3 inches and only 12 days old so I wasn't really expecting this problem so early...if at all. What are my options?...Transplanting isn't really an option

Right...it's more like a small hempy bucket and a couple of thin roots decided to come out from the drain holes.

As long as the water is oxygenated with an air stone and air pump

Ok I got you, I'll buy one today. They need to be oxygenated Checked on them today, were still nice and bright white.
