Higher watts the better go with the 150w cfl if you cant afford better and lower the light as close to the plant as you can get without burning her 3-4" away is what id do with mine try to line the room with something more refective cause the light isnt very strong. Also get a luxmeter it helps get the most out of any light. Your ventilation looks decent for a plant. Make sure any light leakages are covered during the flowering stage (want 0 light during dark period). Dont expect a great yield but any yield of some good buds for first grow is worth it right? Sets you up for future grows and helps with the learning curve! Plan out and do as much research as you can people have grown from less! Invest in decent soil and nutes, contol ph, temp, humidity and you should be golden. Im on my first grow too with practally that setup and im doing fine. Dont over think just start doing! Dont let people put you down too!
