Humidity issues

Hey guys so I'm in my first week of flowering.
First time grower.
I understand I'm supposed to keep the humidity from 40-50%.
I have installed a dehumidifier and it's working but the humidity on the thermometer still shows 61% in the afternoon when the lights are offed.

At night when I'm around with the air conditioner, it stays from 50-53%.
In the afternoon, I don't turn on the air conditioner so it's around room temperature. Sometimes it could even get to 30 degrees Celsius.

Wondering if there are any other ways to lower humidity? Should I buy another dehumidifier?

I'll add some pics to show what I'm growing with.
Please help!

My dehuey will pump out hot air while it's removing moisture.
Temp control is part of the package so I'd use your a/c to keep it in line.

Follow VPD chart. Currently I’m at weeks 3 and 5 in flower and running 65-70% humidity at 84 daytime temperature and 77 night. No signs of mold, PM, rot. Previous runs fought PM from the change in humidity. Definitely see an increase in yield from the increase humidity and temperatures.

your ac is also a dehumidifier the reason why you get the drop when lights are on. for your dehumidifier where is the water going. if it is sitting in the tent then are you really removing the moisture. if it is running to a drain outside the tent check humidity before and after watering. also look at your settings. it might be shutting off
