Take it to the credit card company and tell them about it and if it was thru your bank ( I.e. debit card ) then show them it I got ripped off when I bought a faulty rc helicopter it was 70 bucks and it didn't charge and didn't fly and I took it to the bank and they said that they whould decline it or refund it and I didn't lose a dime and IF anything then call a lawyer and sue them basturds

Find out who owns the company. Find out where they live. Sneak into their home and steal $310 worth of stuff. For a penalty, kick over any and all flat screen televisions.

That sucks. Tell them to send you to collection and see what they do. Fight the charge if it ever shows up. But break into their home regardless.

Where's page two of that mailing? Those little stars go with the disclaimers probably found on page two...
What i noticed as well. Free* does not mean free, it means free subject to conditions etc. How about you show us the rest of the info. that is to say the terms and conditions on the back of the sheet, the ones you agree to when you sign, as stated on the form.

Ok, here's what happened.
I was adding my small business to online directories and they got my information and sent me a letter asking if I wanted to be included in their "FREE" Yellow Page directory. I checked yes and there was no info on the letter stating that it was a paid listing. Four months later I get an invoice for over THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS and the invoice said past due. Also, there was a photo copy of my signature that I signed for the FREE listing. They said in the letter than it was in fact a paid listing. So, I threw the invoice in the trash...screw them. They kept sending invoices and I kept throwing them away.

Today I got a phone call and the woman said that I had an overdue bill of $310 (it was the same fake yellow pages). Like a dummy I said I would pay because I thought it was another company that I just paid an overdue bill for yesterday. So I gave them my credit card info (stupid, I know) to pay the bill. After thinking about a few minutes it dawned on me that I made a big mistake, I screw up and let them get the best of me. I called them back and said that I did not give them permission to bill me, they said they would not bill me but that they would send my bill to collections and try to ruin my credit. :(

Here is the form they sent me (copied from another website), notice how it says FREE everywhere:
File a complaint with the state Attorney General's office.

these folks work this for a living and with your original signature AND giving them your credit card info AND admitting on a probably taped phone call that you owed the original bill, I would suspect you or your credit are fucked if you don't pay. What's an attorney going to cost? What's your credit score worth? More than $310? I've had life lessons that cost way more than this. Consider your self lucky

So no picture of the terms and conditions then? It could very well be a scam, but well, apparently attitude seedbank is a scam, oh wait, they forgot to pay any attention to the terms and conditions..
