How should I go about removing my humidity dome? 100% Germination, 4 have sprouted!

As the title says, all my seeds have germinated inside of their rockwool. However, only 4 of the six are actually sprouted (the white widows sprouted). I just now vented the holes halfway and plan to open them up fully tomorrow. I just wanted to wait till they all sprouted at the same time, however these Gorilla Girls are taking a bit longer then the WW's. If you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. First grow!

What is the humidity of the room ?
Off the cuff I say leave covered and vent 2-3 x day until you have at least 3 finger leaves.... need to really watch the wool. It can and will dry quick.

Domes are for clones
Not seedlings
Lose it now

The humidity is usually around 40-50% in the room. Wish I could raise it but the exhaust fans seems to be preventing it from raising.

There has also been water in the bottom of the tray for 2-3 days now, it has slowly became less and less. Think Im probably gonna have to water them tomorrow.

Ahh
I guess I missed that
I admit I hate rock wool but in your case carry on
But I stand by no domes on seedlings
So do you think my plan to slowly ween them off the dome is a good idea? Or should I continue to wait another day or two so they all sprout. Ive noticed three of my ladies are as straight as a line, however one is a bit "droopy"
