how old are my plants??

I have ak47, c99, and white widow that i put in the ground on the 12 of this month. they were all up on the 15th. my question is should i start the day they were in the ground or on the 15th? i know it really doesnt matter but im trying to figure out if they are on track or not with some of the other grows i have seen. does anyone know how tall they should be in prime conditions and how many leaves they should have? thanks for the time...

Start date is the day you placed them in the grow medium.
3 days to sprout... fresh seeds for sure.
