how much would my plant grow

if my 18in tall plant were to go into a 12/12 light cycle roughly how much taller would it get and roughly what would the yeild be like

Depends on the strain. Light, soil, size of pot, and other factors also come into play.

Your question cannot be accurately answered, because we need more details.

to estimate yield would need pics way more info and a true estimate of your own skill..I will tell you four zips per plant is not exactly an easy goal, many experienced growers don't always pull that on every plant and some people grow specifically in ways they they know they won't get that per plant..

i have one indica and one sativa skunk ive got a organic soil mix with 3gal pots plants are healthy and have been topped twice

A reasonable estimate on two well trained 18 inch plants going in under a 400, would be around 1-4 so many things come into play but if all goes pretty well id say most people will be somewhere around 2 ounces per plant

What soil mix?
Are you feeding them any liquid fertilizers?

You would have a better chance of pulling 4 ounces in a 5 gallon pot.

Did you lst your plants?

Post some pics of your ladies... let us sneak a peak ;)

this is a great estimate but you really have to be on your game as kermit2692 says. there are so many factors and timing in cultivating. make sure you get fresh air rotation and make sure you keep your whole plant as close to the light without burning. 400s are relatively warm and not too hot, especially when the light is in an air cooled reflector. my buddy uses a single 400 and hes not to bad a grower, he gets 2 oz per plant. strain makes a huge difference too. example, big bud strain will outyield say a skywalker og (my experience). but pics would help, 18 inches is a decent height but how bushy? lol, so many factors...

Depends on genetics too. Any skunk or widow crosses yield well most of the time.

Baseline yield is .5 or a gram per watt in a filled out area. .7 per watt and upwards requires a bit of indoor experience most if the time.

After nearly 5 years of growing experience I manage to yield +400g dry from my 400w room, however this is not a target I would put on a new grower.

A good initial target from a 400w would be 200g dry.

Then try to better it each time.

My own room runs at near perfect conditions for temps/RH/exchange.

Pulling 400 from your room does not equal to his question...how many plants you run in that room and how long you veg plays into that number quite a bit, also strain

My bad Kermit.

4 plants. Occupying a 3.2x3.2ft footprint. Veg from seed around 6 weeks. From clone 4-5 depending upon vigour. Topping or mainlining or LST generally used.

8-10 week flowering strain dependant.

Open reflector. 250CFM fan. 500CFM filter. Smart fan controller.

Coco medium with added perlite. Canna coco nutes. 11L pots (approx 3US gallons?)

Cool not bad at all if your hitting a g/w, last run I had with a 400 was flowered a bit early about 14 inches I wound up with around 196...I think your 200 estimate is a good easy spot to shoot for I know had that not been a cheap fast one and done closet grow I would have yielded alot more and vegged a little longer I think that was about 4 Weeks in when I flipped it..but ill never know what I can really pull from a 400 now because I stepped up to a 1000de, see how that goes
