How many plants under a 4x4

How many plants can i grow in soil under a led/quantum board? I was thinking 9 plants per light in a 4x4 under led or quantum board like a hlg 550 or a California light works 1100

anywhere from 1-16. I grow 4. 9 fits nice for a quicker turn around.

Yep as Corey said it could range from 1-???

Depending on how you plan to grow.

from clone in a sog grow and you can fill the space with many plants.

Short veg time from seed and you can prob run 9-12 safely

Normal veg time from seed and your probably not gonna want more than 4 in a 4x4

I filled my 4x4 twice now, 4 plants first time and 3 plants this time, both vegged for 45 days.

I do 6 or 9 depends how expensive the clones are and how long I want to veg

I vote for 6 to 8 max.

By the way, avoid California Light Works.
