how is she doing?

the leafs are dieing i have no idea why and i have hade it on the 12/12 for sum time now and i have seen the 2 little hairs on the plant but i am not completely sure its a female. and ideas or tips would be appreciated

From the looks of it, I'd say they've been over watered, I need clearer pics
