How do you wear out a German Shepherd?

I've had hi energy black labs, but this dog is nuts.
This pic is after 20-30 100yd retrieves, 1/2 mile run at consistent 10mph chasing me on tractor, and 1/2 mile walk back. Then another 20-30 long retrieves, and he still wanted more

Any other German Shepherd slaves here?
Sparky is 7 months old, 80 pounds. He gets walked or fetched twice a day or he's unbearable to have in the house...literally goes looking for trouble.

That would work better than my "bat". I took a 2 ft piece of 2x4 and whittled a 4" handle on the end. That was an upgrade from a hunk of firewood bat. Lol.
I rigged a slingshot w/ exercise bands between my porch posts, but I need a better pouch for consistent release. Don't need tennis balls coming back at me at hi speed when the pouch don't let go!
The goal is to run him to the pond at 230 yds.

You are screwed. Mine has finally settled down to the degree that he doesn't tear up the house and stuff; but BALL! NOW! outside. He lives for tennis balls; will come get me in the house by dropping a ball at my feet and start this singing routine. Sal is now 4.5 yrs and about 105 lbs

Lol, Thanks for the ideas.
Vostok, the green trail to the right of the pond is a mowed walking trail back to the treeline and around for 1/2 mile loop. If I really want a workout I take him to other side of property for a mile loop and 800 ft elevation change down and up.
Not sure I'm ready to start medicating him yet, he eats enough already!
One last pic a little nicer still shot. Failed "Catapult", and bat leaning on post.

Very good looking boy; he'll hit 100# easy, very muscular legs

Ok, so I guess I'll turn this into a gratuitous Sparky thread. 4 days visiting family in flatland. Between hours in the kennel while driving, and no hills to run up and down while there, he hasn't had a good workout in a week. So I took him for a good walk when we got home.20171126_115634.jpg
Played fetch up and down about 150' of 20-30° incline hill.
