How can i transfer these without damaging the roots

I just threw these into a pot not knowing they will grow the way they did. Now they are to big is it to late to transfer them into separate pots. If so how can I do it without damaging the roots.Resized_20200430_183005.jpegResized_20200430_182919.jpegResized_20200430_182729.jpeg

On this note I normally slide hole lot out of pot and sub merge in clean container with ph'd water and gently agitate right round the soil with my hands till it's all come away from the roots then separate and plant and if you're temp is ideal then I dont get much stunting .if at all.just my 5cents boys.be good to know if this has method has any issues I ain't thought of

^ I did this one with a plant just dipped in in water n let all the soil fall off till I just had the plant and roots , then transplanted and it ended up being the best plant outta the bunch so if ur careful that’s the way to go
