The lab analysis doesn't tell you much but I'd question your lab. 45.7% organic matter? That leaves 54.3% inorganic. I'm counting 8.65 cubic feet of inorganic matter in your recipe. That's about 30%. Something ain't right.

Do you think the difference could come from uneven mixing? I only sent in one sample of about 2 cups. I tried taking some soil from here and there but there's bound to be human error.

The facility I used is the states university.

Of course, uneven mixing could affect the testing. Sample size could affect the testing. If it's a university co-op and the student that did your testing was awake studying (or partying) for the last 36 hours - could affect the testing.

Test for phosphorus, potassium and not nitrogen? Seems odd to me. Can't hurt to call, explain what you're trying to do (tell them you're growing vegetables if you have to) and ask questions.

Your mix looks reasonable. It will grow weed. Probably good weed. You should be able to grow start to finish without adding anything else. Just add water. Germinate some seeds and find out.

They know its for a "mixed vegetable" garden. They did test for nitrogen as well I just can't include that portion of the results without doxxing myself too much. Nitrogen recommendation was .3 of a lbs additional per 100 sq ft. And I only flower in this bed. Its already planted and doing well. I was mostly posting these results in case someone could gain something from it.
