Finish time on the super skunk is 50 -60 days so either you got your light timer messed up or like polyarcturus said to close to light.Probably should be getting a little cloudy but not amber. And i am going to give you rep for that macro shot damn wish my camera would do that!

The trichs on the leaves usually mature faster than the trichs on the calyxes. I think this is what your looking at. You need to go by the trichs on the calyxes. It isn't the only indicator for ripeness. Look at the overall look of the plant. Yellow leaves, dark receding pistils, very low number of new calyxes being produced. The plant will look "done".

your getting close just not quite there yet,trichs are just now swelling you want the overall plant to have around 50% amber or better would wait a week to 10 days then start flushing.Looks like she might have been a little underfed which can cause trichs to ripen little early.
