Help noob asap

Please help me. I had these plants in soil and just before i went away i transplanted them to coco/perlite as i had a bug problem.

With all the bugs now gone i thought i eliminated my problem.

I return a week later to see some new growth and yellow dead leaves but no upward growth.

Temp23c. Humidity 57

Upward growth and the leaves are my main concern.

Heres one plant picture but all same symptoms.

Choose a medium and stay with it. No more taking a week off from your grow. Better luck on your next attempt.

I changed mediums due too a bug issue. Should i try to give these a second chance at life?!?

After a dose of cal mag and some sleep she seems to be kicking again (i hope)
