Help needed. Late flowering proplems

Ive had no problems through this grow up until now. She's just starting late flower, pistils starting to turn orange. She just keeps getting more yellow and even white on the tops while the lower sites are staying vibrant green. I have read all the stickys on the problems page and I think I have the answer but im just wanting some reassurance. I left her for almost 5 days when she was slightly yellow but not this bad and when I came back and she was 5x worse. I believe it has some heat stress/bleaching because the light slipped on its pully down about 3-4 inches and was maybe 6-7 inches away from the tops but it was still only 76-79degrees at the bud sites because of fans and my ac which is causing the whiteness and slight brownness. Then I think shes getting a bit of a nitrogen deficiency mixed with other deficiencys. She's still growing strong and smells great and packing on weight. This is only my second grow and any advice would be helpful. Just to be sure I just gave her a big flush a few minutes ago and tomorrow morning I will be giving her a strong dose of general organics. She is in FFOF mized with perlite and under a 400w HPS. I realize she is suppost to yellow up and start consuming herself but that should only be when I start my flush which I havent. I was thinking I was going to be starting that in around 2 weeks. DSC_0164.JPG DSC_0165.JPG DSC_0166.JPG DSC_0169.JPG DSC_0170.JPG DSC_0168.JPG DSC_0167.JPG

that plant is starving for green in color . are you adding any N ? looks like your using a bloomer that's like 0/45/15 will get all yellow .

N is the most mobile of the nutrients. if there was an N def the leaves on the bottom would be turning yellow and falling off first the plant will reroute its N to the top newest growth...technically...to me it looks like more than a N def.. looks like a lock out of some sort... yellowing is normal near the end of flowering as long as its not being pumped with food. maybe try a big flush and a lite feeding... sometimes that late in fllower it can be a losing battle, i hope you get it solved

Mike4c4: I have used a scope to look all around almost everyday of its life to check for mites and I have never found any.

Kinddiesel: I use the whole general organics line including bloom booster. and most of the organic nutrients have an N value

Wizard: I did a huge flush yesterday and gave her a feeding again today in hopes of saving anything.

Thanks for everyone's help though. We can only pray she makes it through the rest of her life

Tekdc: I've looked as much as I can. Pictures are hard to compare to because they aren't perfect and I dont have ample experience to personally compare to. I was thinking iron was something it needed but I think that is because of the lockout I think is happening like Wizard said and I am trying to figure out why there is a lockout if there is

I did forget to mention that this is an autoflower that I have been trying. I also have an outdoor photo that is just starting its 3rd week of flower that has not seen lockout yet. I dont know if that will help. Because they get the same line of nutes, not the same dosage of course because they are at different stages. Also I have been lowering my water ph using lemon concentrate because my hydro shop was out of ph down. Do you think that could be a problem?

WestDenver: I will try that because out of the tap our water is around an 8 so Ive been having to lower it quite a bit down to about 6.5 with lemon juice

"Autoflower" pains in the ass! They (One's I've bothered to try) are more trouble then they are worth! Fussy and worse then Sativa's on that....
I don't answer auto questions normaly.
But you didn't tell us what soil you have them in. Important.
Adding Myco's of any type?
I do agree it looks like a pH lock somehow......

With the combination of the soil which is salty and salt bulids by this late stagewith soils, also the organic feed is so acidic its stuffed the ph. The salt build up is stopping the plant taking up N and other nutes. The low sour ph is locking out Mg and Ca.
Nothing you can do now ,the weight will be affected by this major issue.
Next time use a quality pre mixed coco with good hydro nutes only from start to finish.

Dr.Who: They are in FFOF mixed with perlite as the original post says. But I have attributed all these problems to lockout and at this point in its life I have basically accepted that there is no recovering even though I am trying to fix it. I have raised the pH slightly and flushed every other day just to try and remove the salt build up like *Buds said and have dosed up on the CalMg in order to try and fix what *buds was saying.

I'm confused. You mentioned that you're using an organic nutrient line? If so, why are you flushing, and why would you consider using ph-down (a synthetic chemical)?

General Organics has Cal:Mg, which is what will help buffer your ph. The other buffer will be the microbes that are in your FFOF soil..... assuming that you haven't wiped them out with ph up/down and flushing.

You CAN save this crop. You're just going to need to add more time to the calendar. Basically, once you fix the pH issue and allow the plant to resume its course, it will. If you're expecting to chop her down in two weeks, now its going to be 4 or 5.
She CAN be saved.

St0w. I don't use pH up or down. I use lemon concentrate. And I flushed because she was doing badly so I just wanted to restart the process. I then refed the next day to restore the microbes And I will flush a week before harvest just to make sure theres no excess stored in the buds. I was also unaware that CalMg had a pH buffer effect. Since I dont have an electronic pH meter I use my pools pH meter so I have to check before I add the nutes to the water. So I have no idea what the pH is after I add them because the waters not clear anymore which means my tester wont work. But thanks for telling me CalMg has a pH buffer effect

Good news guys, she has started her recovery. the white tips have green veins and the green is spreading back into all the yellow areas. She doesn't seem to have delayed her life very much. I will post pictures in a bit just to get your opinions if you're willing to share haha. I still think itll be maybe 3 weeks to harvest but that may just be my excitement haha. Thanks for everyone's help keeping my crop going
