Help me place my dehu

I am growing inside grow tents inside rooms. If I have the dehumidifier outside the grow tent the lowest I can get the humidity is 60-65. If I have the dehumidifier inside the grow tent I can maintain 50% humidity but I have to crank the AC down hard. If I do not use the dehumidifier in the grow tent I dont even need the AC, I only then turn it on to lower night time temps.

Is it best to keep the dehumidifier inside the grow tent and crank the AC down to get the 50% humidity or would I be fine just keeping the dehumidifier outside the grow tent?

What temps lights on/off?
High risk for PM or mold?

For me...outside the tent if I could work it out.
Lights on dehumidifier inside tent - 85 degrees (ac blasting)
Lights on dehumidifier outside tent - 82-83 degrees (no AC)
Lights off dehu outside tent 72
Lights off dehu inside tent 75

I am growing with LED(hlg 550 v2 rspec quantum boards) so I have been trying to target 85 degrees

I am exhausting 24-7 with a forced intake

I have the dehus on humidity controllers inside the tent, outside the tent I run constant. I would prefer to keep them outside the tent but dont wanna run into any issues so I just threw them into the tent.

Check your temp/humidity against a VPD chart.

I would want 60-65%. Assuming no anticipation of PM or mold.
Well during the day the vpd is perfect! It falls within the green on the chart. During the night is when I run into an issue with vpd. My temps go down but humidity rises out of range. I’m thinking of just using the dehumidifier at night possibly and just keeping it off during the day

I thought you wanted humidity lower then 60-65 during flowering? So if the temp inside the tent is 83-85 60-65 shouldn’t be an issue its looking like

With enough vegetation it's common to not need dehuey during lights on.

I have my dehuey power on 15 minutes before lights out. Then power off at lights on.

So you think its totally fine to continue running above 60/65% RH with temps above 82 lights on? Even during the end of flower? There is so much talk with lowering RH as low as possible during the end of flower but these dosidos have been growing beautifully so far. They are so frosty. Is it really necessary to get RH into the low 50s during the end of flower or can I just keep it how it is if there hasnt been an issue so far? I just dont want bud rot or anything first grow.

As you may have read, DJM and others finish with 50+ with great results.
Thats why, ideally, you want to be in control of your environment. So you can run the temps and rh that work for you. Big temp and humidity swings are an invitation for PM and mold.
