Help! I’m flowering the Mother.

I was given 4 Mother plants all different strains. It’s late August and I want to send these girls right into flower. They have been indoor plants and I’m acclimating them to the outside and so far so good. Right now it’s about 13/11, not all the way 12/12 so is there anything I can do to help speed up the flowering. Defoliate? Lollipop? Nutrients? Thanks, please see pics
