They look soaked but could be that you just gave them some water, how much water are you giving them? and you got a little burn are you giving them any nutes yet? they are falling over because they are stretching for the light and the stalk isnt strong enough to support them, so move the light closer id say about 4" above them. get a small fan blowing on them and youll see the stalk get stronger. dont worry about the stretch now, just move the light closer and when you transplant bury most of the stretched stalk and you should be fine. (bury them so you have about 4" from dirt to the Cotyledons (first round leaves) IMO if youre growing with soil, id transplant them now since they are starting to stretch meaning they are developing root system. if youre hydro might want to wait for someone with exp in hydro.

edit: most of what i said about transplanting is for soil so if youre hydro im really not sure.

I am going hydro, well thanks kushis sweet, I haven't used any nutes yet.

Can anyone explain the brown leave phenomonen?

brown on cotyledons is just the plant using up the stored energy there (that is what they are for.) they are using extra energy trying to reach light. would lower light to about 4in as posted by KushisSweet.

U should keep your light closer
this. it's one thing for a seedling to be a little stretched at first, but that's too much. the stem is too long and skinny to hold up the head. that looks like a single t8 tube and should be within a few inches of the plants at this point. stick some books under that tray.

when do you think its ready to be transplanted.
I have one more quesiton I have a humidity dome on, would it be fine to take it off? Because I have to lower the lights

Transplant those plants deep, and bury the stem up to about 2" from the top. The stretched out stalk should produce roots. Use a rooting powder, if you want. The get that light a lot closer to the tops. Like about 2" away. DO NOT cut off the existing roots.
