It looks more like mag def to me and from what I can gather from the info supplied, I'd guess at lockout. Your tap water probably has a decent level of cal in it and if you've been adding cal/mag most of the grow, there will likely be a build up causing lockout.

I'd flush the soil well with 1/4 strength of whatever grow nute you're using with plenty of run off(I think the small amount of nutes in the flush gives something for the built up salts to bind to) and as greenhost said, foliar with epsom salts as directed on the packet, it's worked for me in similar circumstances in the past.

Good luck

Yellow towards the end of flower? Could be starvation or nitrogen… It's been forever since I ran FF nutes but if memory serves the flowering food is like 1.4.5 (again been years)… I use mexican guana as a top dressing for my plants around day 30 of flower this crap is 10-0-0 and has shown huge improvements in my longer (65+ day flowering plants). I fucked up and didn't top dress a plant recently and she had all yellow fan leaves by chop, meanwhile another plant side by side stayed mostly green til the end (it was top dressed)…. nitrogen is important and you don't want to starve your plants of it… just don't over use it.

Why do you starve your plants for 4 weeks? 4 weeks left to flower I start reducing nutes but not starve… your girls need food 4 weeks from finish as mush as any time.
