has anyone seen these dudes before titan-seeds.com

anyone tried these guys www.titan-seeds.com looks a bit shonky?

i would look at the few anomalies that stand out. first they are on a server inside the united states, they have very few breeders from the usa(they have same mainstream american breeders as most european banks). they claim they don`t ship to the uk, one of the few places on the planet where seeds are legal. an american is not going to miss out on making a dollar, we are not wired that way.
this is enough for me to step back and look else where. now that is just me.
