The condensation happens during processing the material. It forms as ice crystals on the filter and glass, eventually falling into the collection tray.

Winterizing helps freeze up the water in the lipids and can more easily be removed. However I wanted to avoid winterize every run.

Its like I would almost have to blast in a walk in freezer to avoid it.

I decided to vac my winterized oil before it was 100% dry from purging, it was barely wet from moisture/everclear, but decided to vac anyway. Hooked a cold trap up but nothing even made it in there, just insta poof.
