Growing with Happy Frog and what amendments to make.

I’m growing with Happy Frog amended only with a mild amount of hydrated lime with great results in the first weeks of veg. I wanted to get some recommendations or recipe suggestions from other growers that will help my transition to 12/12. I’ve recently transplanted three Feminixed Girl Scout Cookies seedlings with success into two gallon pots as I have recently learned my lesson with overdoing it on too much Grow Big fertilizer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated because my 12/12 transplant is going to be into 15 gallon pots. I was wanting to layer 3” of finely ground coco in the bottom and go with 50/50 HappyFrog and Ocean Forest with extra vermiculite. Thanks in advance!

I dunno but I prep my own soil, I'm thinking people buy this soil so they dont need to amend it?

Yeah, I use forest floor and it's complete, and ready to go.

I usually use a 50/50 mix of FFOF and Happy Frog along with a bunch of extra perlite from start to finish through transplanting. No nutes necessary for the first 3 weeks or so. I pretty much follow the fox farm schedule except I stop the grow big a few weeks before the schedule tells me to, never a problem
