3300 lumens for two plant enough light during veg cycle?

Also what type of plant does this appear to be, Indica or Sativa?

As you can see the leaves appear to be deformed, any comments about this anomaly?

Yes that is enough light for the plants during their life cycle. More is better, but that is enough.

I'd suggest putting your pots up on books, stands, bricks, whatever to get them closer to the lights.

The deformation of the leaves is likely due to overwatering.

No clue on your phenotype. Most bagseed are hybrids.

How close should i put them? They are about a foot now. Also what is the correct humidity for them to thrive?

I suggest putting them about 4 inches away from the light. Once they develop a bit more, you can keep it at 12 inches from the light. Humidity should be around 54%.
