hey i am buliding a new box and i have a pic of what i want it to look like but all the help will be needed. n e suggestions before it is built?

You will get way better cooling if you have the exhaust fans at the top of the box and passive intake on the bottom. It's a physics thing having to do with pulling air in a resistive situation being easier than pushing it. And how hot air rises.

Done well the bulbs don't have to dangle and you don't have to fiddle with them so much.
