Grams per plant? How much larf?

You'll need to hit about 1.5 gr per watt.
If it was supplemented with light and ripening along with the top? I consider it if it is listed separately like usual. I cannot wait to weigh/smoke these.

It has rough leaves, it was a rough ride. But buds are fattening and smelly.

People who post their weights for clout weigh every possible thing they can, most times still damp bud too
I mean when people post top tier, mid tier like small but smokable buds then larf which is excluded from overall yield because it is leafy/airy and under ripe and normally pruned anyway.

Edit: And dried 30-45 days, properly dry. I am wondering because what if you are trying to make a personal record or a grow off etc. Right now I am seeing what I can do in a 2x2.

What do you define as larf? The weed that never really turned to a developed bud? I guess preference, I am supplementing light to make the larf a smokable bud. I cannot wait to smoke it, it is bud.

This is larf. What I have is a nice bag coming of perfectly smokable weed that I can dip into while the rest cures, which people do, just not always supplement light for it. I was aiming for 1g/watt though. If I survive bud rot lol.

I'd be checking for bud rot.
I do and it is fine. I let it get too hot to avoid nightly RH spikes to 80% but just got a probe and now it is good in there. 85F/45RH day 75F/55RH night.

Those leaves started a while back, was dark, hot and windy. Neglecting the plant, 93F often, too much light for 2x2. Leaves actually got better when hanging the lights.

If I can trouble you for a tip, wouldn’t pruning all of them chance bud rot? Not if I do it at lights on right? Look at the bush from underneath, I figured wait til chop since I am close.

Like the solo cup contest for example. I am new here and want to properly list my results. That is like the best part of the journal IMO, if it can have it.

You guys have a point there. Getting greedy with my self, stuck with 2x2 and want to max it out. Temping challenge to try to out do.

When people claim you will get a certain amount of grams per plant what percentage of it do you expect to be good product not larf?
A lot has to do with training. Due to indoor conditions the light is always directly above the plant with minimal side lighting.

So you need to trim the bottom budsites off and remove a few leaves to expose the buds. Then you’ll get just nice buds.

I’ve personally found you lose a little overall weight but the bud quality is much more even.

Me personally I like the larf, gives a different high compared to the tops

I'd like to say 60% of it should be good bud. Less larfy/fluffy immature buds down below if you open the plant up with some training.
That as well as good quality lighting will better the quality on the lower 50% of the plant.
It's not uncommon to harvest the top nugs, and leaving the rest that remain to finish up.
