You have confused which entity is the thief and which is the victim.
Even if you what you said was accurate, (it's not) you would then be bashing the government captive for eating food provided to him while he is chained...
First off, the things I use, I pay for. Nobody, me, you or anyone should be forcibly compelled to pay for anything they don't use and / or didn't ask for. I don't do that or advocate it, but you do. That puts you and your system in the perpetrator seat, since you DO advocate that.
On one hand you say that a person who doesn't pay for something is a thief, but then you expect some people to pay for things they don't use so that other people who haven't paid for them can use them. HYPOCRISY METER HIT 10 ON THAT ONE.
Second, in your system a person is FORCIBLY PREVENTED from seeking alternatives and effectively has no way of extricating themselves from the forcible bondage your system assigns them. They aren't "allowed" to say no thanks I'd prefer to be left alone.
