got one seed out of an eight of some GOOOOOOOOD bagseed

bought some Northern Lights from my dude last night along with my new bong, smokin away blunt after blunt then i pick up my bag and pick out the biggest nug, i break it down to put it in my new fresh bong then a seed just pots out onto my lap. and this weed is the like best shit ive ever had and i just got a seed from it, i can get this weed anymore but how do i know if its real norther lights

i have one goin right now about 5 weeks into flower, mainly sativa so its got a while left, think itd b a good idea to put it in now?

Most people who grow kind grow sensimilla, an the only pollen around is from a hermi.
This means that your seed should be female.

This does not mean your seed is a true female.. It means you will have a hermie if it came from a hermie.. There just a little more to making feminized seeds than a self pollinating hermie bud. It takes many generations to stabilize a true fem. seed.

There is nothing wrong with growing a hermie if thats all you have.. BUT, if you ever get any good seeds that are high quality, that one plant can ruin an entire lineage.

In other words, just dont get that thing near a real strain... unless you love seeds.

I breed my own seeds occassionally...and if I dont clean every square inch of the chamber after harvest, just the residual pollen left in the chamber is enough to ruin the next seedless crop.

Unless you know the person, you get your smoke from, is growing males on purpose, when you find a seed in the bag it will most surely be a hermie.
