Got my first plant as a gift, no idea what to do, any small help is appreciated

As the title says, I just received a weed plant for a reason I don' quite need to explain why, however I'd appreciate some help!

I will add pictures of the things I currently have down below, so look at these if you want to see what I have currently.

If the plant is out of reach for survival, let me know, I have no problem of facing that but in that case, am I able to clone it? I've read some stuff about that too! Since she does look fairly skinny.

We received a light with the plant, which is at 42W & 2700K, I will do my research more of it but as far as I have gotten, I will need at least 1 or 2 more of those for our single plant, right? I will also next week make a little house for the plant to be in, or would it be better put it in a closed up wardrobe?

For the hours with light, I currently put it on 18/6, since I read that it should keep it in vegetation state, correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes it appears to be flowering. Also looks like it might have too much Nitrogen. You can and should clone a lower branch that shows least signs of flowering. Then just change to 12/12 or put outside if that an option to flower.

IMO since it was free just flower it out and get what you can off of it ....you'd be better off starting fresh than to mess with that for your first go at growing .....IMO Good luck

Alright, thank you a lot for helping me out! I will try and clone it and start from scratch then. Should I just follow the usual guides here on how to start growing a clone & should I add another lamp possibly?

Btw, I am not with my gf now who is the person that received it. I'm in Sweden but I'm going back to Seattle next Friday. Should I tell her to do the clone asap, or will it be fine for next Saturday?
